Ocoviz Education Solutions

By accessing or using the Ocoviz platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Ocoviz on behalf of a school or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or your institution) and Ocoviz Education Systems Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Ocoviz", "we", "us").

Ocoviz is designed for use by educational institutions, school administrators, and authorised educators who are 18 years of age or older.

• Registered schools and educational institutions
• Principals, administrators, and school management
• Teachers and authorised academic staff
• Parents or guardians, where access has been specifically granted by the school

• Students under 18 may not independently create or hold accounts on the Platform
• Student access is managed exclusively through authorised school accounts

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, Ocoviz grants your institution a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your internal educational and administrative purposes.

Schools are the primary account holders on the Ocoviz Platform. The school administrator (typically the Principal or IT administrator) is responsible for:

• Creating and managing all staff and teacher accounts within the school
• Ensuring that all users of the school's account comply with these Terms
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Obtaining appropriate parental or guardian consent before adding student data
• Notifying Ocoviz promptly of any unauthorised access or security breach

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, educational purposes consistent with these Terms. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Entering false, inaccurate, or misleading student or institutional data
• Using the Platform to harass, discriminate against, or harm students, staff, or parents
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other schools' data or Platform systems
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts Platform operations
• Using student data for any purpose outside of supporting their education within your institution
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorised individuals outside your institution
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes not authorised by Ocoviz in writing

The Ocoviz Platform — including its software, AI models, algorithms, dashboards, reports, user interface, brand identity, and all associated technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ocoviz Education Systems Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Platform's source code
• You may not use the Ocoviz name, logo, or brand in any way without prior written consent

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights in the Platform from Ocoviz to you.

Ocoviz aims to maintain Platform availability of 99.5% uptime on a monthly basis. This excludes scheduled maintenance windows.

• Scheduled maintenance is typically performed outside school hours and communicated at least 24 hours in advance
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without advance notice where necessary to protect data security or Platform integrity
• Ocoviz is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet outages, or force majeure events

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Ocoviz's total liability to your institution for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by your institution in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Ocoviz is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm
• Ocoviz is not responsible for decisions made by school staff based on Platform insights — the Platform supports human judgment and does not replace it

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India)
• The seat of arbitration shall be Ludhiana, Punjab, India
• Courts in Ludhiana, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration

Ocoviz may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:

• We will notify registered school administrators via platform notification and email
• Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect
• The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
