Ocoviz (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an AI-powered learning intelligence platform designed for use by schools, educators, and institutions. We are committed to protecting user privacy and ensuring the security of all data processed through our platform.
Ocoviz is intended for use by schools, teachers, and authorized educational institutions (18+).
– Students do not independently create accounts on Ocoviz
– Student data is accessed and managed only through schools or authorized educators
– Schools act as the data controllers and are responsible for obtaining parental or guardian consent
– School or institution name
– Teacher/admin name
– Email address
– Role-based account details
– Test scores and performance data
– Learning progress and identified gaps
– Assignment evaluations and classroom insights
We do not collect student data directly from children.
When transportation services are enabled by a school, Ocoviz may collect:
– School vehicle location data
– Route and trip information
– Pickup and drop-off events
– Transportation attendance records
– Location information from authorized transportation devices
– Generate learning insights and analytics
– Help teachers identify learning gaps
– Improve classroom outcomes
– Enhance platform features and experience
We do not sell, rent, or use data for advertising purposes.

If enabled by a participating school, Ocoviz may provide transportation management features including school bus tracking, route monitoring, pickup/drop notifications, and transportation safety services.
To support these features, Ocoviz may collect and process location information from authorized users, school vehicles, transportation staff, or designated devices.
Location information may be used for:
– Real-time vehicle tracking
– Route management and optimization
– Pickup and drop-off monitoring
– Transportation safety and security
– Parent and school transportation notifications
– Service performance and operational improvements
Location data is collected only when transportation features are enabled by the school or institution and where appropriate permissions have been granted. Ocoviz does not use location information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or commercial tracking purposes. Location information is shared only with authorized school personnel, authorized parents/guardians, and transportation administrators as required to provide transportation services.
